Chef Oliver Dexter creates masterful dishes from around the globe. He incorporates food from different countries with techniques that are true to form from each geographical region. Ollie has a flare for placing unorthodox ingredients together in a way that synchronize beautifully. When he’s not cooking in the kitchen, he spends his time writing and recording music, taking care of his baby niece, and traveling to find new ways of expanding the pallets of greater San Diego.
